Emergency Health Care in Insecure Environments

Course Overview

This training program aims to strengthen the capacities of healthcare and field personnel in local organizations, enabling them to deliver effective and safe health services in environments affected by conflict, natural disasters, or humanitarian crises. The program places special emphasis on empowering local organizations - such as community medical associations, relief teams, and regional hospitals - to ensure their ability to respond effectively to health emergencies without full dependence on international assistance. It combines theoretical and practical training on health crisis management, with a strong focus on safety principles, local coordination mechanisms, and resource management in challenging conditions.
