A new EC/ECHO daily map is now available
- Monsoon-related rainfall has been affecting most of Pakistan since 26 June, triggering floods, landslides, and severe weather-related incidents that have caused fatalities and damage.
- The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) of Pakistan, since 26 June and as at 24 July, reports 266 fatalities, including 144 in Punjab and 63 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. More than half of the fatalities occurred due to building collapses. 628 additional people have been injured across all provinces. Furthermore, 250 houses have been destroyed and 839 houses have been partially damaged.
- From 25 to 28 July, additional rainfall with isolated heavy downpours and thunderstorms is expected across central and northern Pakistan.
